Hours: Tuesday - Sunday: to cover lunch & dinner service

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

A Private Chef is required for a couple in Arthington, nr Otley, West Yorkshire (LS21)

You must have experience of working in high end restaurants AND private chef experience to be considered for this position

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Tuesday – Sunday: to cover lunch & dinner service

Duties:

· Prepare & cook low calorie healthy meals (lunch 1:00 pm & dinner 6:30 pm)

· Cooking for smaller dinner parties & BBqs (8-12 people)

· Creating packed lunches

· Producing weekly meal plan

· Food shopping

· Being responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of kitchen appliances & equipment

· Cooking for business lunches (15 – 20 people)

· Harvesting & preserving of produce from the garden

You must:

• Have previous experience as a chef (good private chef experience or from fine dining restaurant) with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or happy to have done
• Have experience of cooking over logs & using a teppanyaki grill
• Be a driver with own car
• Like dogs
• Have a flexible attitude and be happy to work longer hours when required
• Have a good level of English
