Salary: £21.50 gross per hour (paid monthly) – must be happy to be self-employed

A Carer/Housekeeper is required for a couple in Woolton, Merseyside (L25)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm & 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (34 hours per week).  Degree of flexibility required to cover extra days & hours

Duties:

• Helping with dressing & undressing
• Personal care
• Bathing
• Assisting with medication
• Taking to appointments/accompanying on outings
• Assisting with mobility
• Record keeping
• Food preparation & cooking
• Making & changing beds
• Housekeeping
• Washing & ironing
• Adhoc duties as required

You must:

• Have previous experience as a carer with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a female candidate
• Be a driver with own car
• Be happy to work as part of a team of carers
• Be able to cook & follow recipes
• Be a team player
• Have a good level of English
