Hours: 2 full days within Monday – Friday: 8:00/9:00 am – 5:00/6:00 pm – 18 hours

Salary: £18 gross per hour – preferably self-employed

A Housekeeper is required for a family in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (SG10) with 3 children aged between 11-17 years plus a dog

Start Date: Beginning September 2026

Salary: £18 gross per hour – preferably self-employed

Hours: 2 full days within Monday – Friday: 8:00/9:00 am – 5:00/6:00 pm – 18 hours

Duties:

• Housekeeping
• Regular cleaning of house, garage & pool house
• Washing & ironing
• Wardrobe management
• Care of specialist furniture & antiques
• Helping with children & guests
• Feeding & letting the dog out
• Putting shopping away
• Making & changing beds
• Emptying bins/recycling

You must:

• Have previous experience as a Housekeeper (hotel experience ok) with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a driver with own car
• Like dogs
• Have a flexible attitude
