Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the spread of Covid 19, in addition to our normal candidate interview and update procedure, we’ve created an additional Coronavirus risk assessment questionnaire, which has recently been updated, that we are asking all applicants to complete.

If you are carrying out work in a home such as cleaning or paid-for childcare in a child’s home, you can continue to work, providing that you are well and have no symptoms. No work should be carried out by a housekeeper or nanny who has any of the Coronavirus symptoms, however mild, or if someone in their own household has any symptoms.

11. In addition, we also recommend that the candidate should bring a spare pair of shoes to
change into upon arrival & they should also remove their coat & leave their outdoor shoes,
with their coat & handbag in a safe place close to the front door.
No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless your work is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household, such as emergency plumbing or repair, or if a young child’s parents must attend an emergency hospital appointment.
